What can't they or won't they do, if you are free to say? What have they provided for other winners and how have they potentially altered the results?" In all honesty, it hadn't yet occurred to the Socialite that it would be the job of the Masters of the Bazaar to provide the winner their reward, that it was not simply a Law of the game or a simple fact of reality that the reward would be provided.
